These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sophie's Templates website and your purchase of any products or memberships offered on it. Sophie's Templates is operated by Fernweh Travel Experiences LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

1.What we sell

We sell digital products for travel advisors — including trip and resort templates for third-party platforms, destination and city guides, downloadable files, and an optional membership. All products are delivered digitally; nothing is physically shipped.

2.Your license to use our products

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own travel-advisory business, according to the license tier shown on the product page:

• Single-advisor license permits use by one individual advisor.
• Multi-agent licenses (e.g. 10 or 20 agents) permit use by the stated number of advisors within a single agency or host.

You may customize and use our templates and guides to serve your own clients. You own the client-facing trips and materials you create using them.

3.What you may not do

You may not, in whole or in part:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or give away our templates, guides, or files to anyone outside your purchased license.
• Post the products, or the links and files delivered to you, in any public or shared location, or make them available for download by others.
• Represent our templates or guides as your own original product for resale, or create a competing product derived from them.
• Exceed the number of advisors covered by your license tier.

The license is for use of the materials in serving clients — not for redistribution of the materials themselves.

4.Third-party platforms (Tern & Travefy)

Many templates are built for third-party platforms such as Tern or Travefy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms, and their names are the property of their respective owners. To use a template built for a given platform, you must have your own active account or subscription with that platform. We are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, or policies of any third-party platform.

5.Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our products — including templates, guides, text, designs, graphics, and branding — is owned by Fernweh Travel Experiences LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license grants use rights only; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying materials to you.

6.Membership

Our membership is an annual subscription providing access to the library, community, and toolkit described at the time of purchase. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout. Membership access is personal to you and subject to the same license and use restrictions as individual products.

7.Pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may update prices, products, and offerings at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; by purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge, including recurring charges for a membership until cancelled.

8.Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final except as described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

9.Disclaimer — no guarantee of results

Our products are professional tools, not a guarantee of outcomes. We make no promise of any particular sales, bookings, income, or business results from using them. The products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fernweh Travel Experiences LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and your continued use of the site or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
