Because Sophie's Templates sells digital products — travel-advisor templates, destination guides, and downloadable files delivered instantly upon purchase — all sales are final. Once a template link or file has been delivered, it cannot be "returned," so we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the specific cases described below.

When we'll help

We want you to be able to actually use what you bought. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

• Your delivery link or file did not arrive, or the link is broken or inaccessible.
• You received the wrong platform's version — for example, you purchased the Tern version but received the Travefy link, or vice versa.
• The file is corrupted or will not open.

In these cases we will promptly fix the delivery, re-send the correct link or file, or — if we cannot resolve it — issue a full refund.

What isn't eligible

We're unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
• Buying the wrong product, platform, or license tier by mistake. Contact us and we'll do our best to help, but a refund isn't guaranteed once the item is delivered.
• Not having, or not wishing to subscribe to, the third-party platform (Tern or Travefy) a template is built for. Platform requirements are stated on each product page — please check before purchasing.
• Lack of results, sales, or bookings from using the templates or guides.

Licensing

All templates and guides are licensed for your use as described on the product page (for example, single-advisor or multi-agent licensing). They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside the terms of your license.
